Terms of service
Last updated August 2026
1. These terms
These terms cover your use of foundercompass.co. Consultancy engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed before work begins; where the two differ, the engagement agreement takes precedence.
2. Nature of our services
Founder Compass provides business strategy, market research, positioning, go-to-market, financial narrative, business-plan development and interview preparation services.
We are not immigration advisers or solicitors. We do not provide legal advice, do not assess immigration eligibility as a legal matter, and do not prepare or submit visa or endorsement applications on your behalf. You should retain a suitably regulated adviser for the legal aspects of any application.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Endorsement decisions are made solely by endorsing bodies and visa decisions solely by the Home Office. Nothing on this website or in any engagement is a promise, guarantee or prediction of endorsement, visa approval or business success.
4. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. Fees, timelines, package contents, testimonials and figures shown here are illustrative sample content and may change; the fees and scope that apply to you are those set out in your engagement agreement.
5. The enquiry form
The form on this website is a front-end demonstration with no backend. Submitting it does not create a contract, a booking or any obligation on either side, and no data is stored.
6. Your responsibilities
Our work depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for the truthfulness of everything submitted in your name to any endorsing body or authority, and for reviewing all deliverables before they are used.
7. Intellectual property
Branding, copy and design on this website belong to Founder Compass. Deliverables produced during an engagement transfer to the client on full payment, as set out in the engagement agreement.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
